According to the CVO, pet owner registrants are advised to bring the following: (for new applicants) 3-R sized photo showing their pet’s whole body, 2×2 picture of the pet owner, and PhP75 registration fee; (for renewals) documents from previous registration and PhP75 registration fee.
If the pet owned has already received an anti-rabies vaccine from a private veterinarian, the registrant must present a certificate of vaccination.
“We have to ensure our resident’s safety from the danger brought by rabies from animals. This is because the rabies virus can possibly be transferred though their saliva when they bite people. The city government also wants to promote responsible pet ownership to its residents,” said City Veterinarian Dr. Manuel Carlos.
The CVO also reminds the residents that taking care of any kinds of pets and animals are prohibited in resettlement areas like Barangay Tumana.
In the year 2010, there are 15,149 pet registrants in the city while there are 14,022 registrants in the year 2011.

what are the requirements?
bakit bawal po sa brgy tumana? wala po bang karapatang magparegistered ng aso at pusa ang mga citizen ng brgy tumana…discremination

Sept. 5-9 alright!
i used to live in Doña Petra i am a responsible pet owner. even my neighbors brought their dogs to the city hall but unfortunately pinauwi sila kase sa D.P kami nakatira. they dont cater to dogs na kasama sa tumana area medyo nakakalungkot lang. kase nababalita na ide demolish yung area kung hindi pa napinsala ni Ondoy. luckily nakalipat na kami sa Nangka area our dogs are already vaccinated. but whenever this season comes. i feel bad for those people who want their dogs to be registered.
why po bawal sa brgy. tumana ??
Hi!what if the time period of registration in our place has already ended?can we still be able to register them?
